TEST FLIGHTS TO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BEEN DONE

& 10 when the majority CSC
'Aviastar-SP' personnel had off, An-124-100 'Ruslan' aircraft MSN 0802 made two
flights at the flight-test station. The aircraft is manufactured for 'Polet
Airlines'. During the first flights the following criteria were tested:
stability, aircraft maneuverability, work of engines.
The tests were successfully done. There are two more test flights ahead to be
carried out by the manufacturer (CSC 'Aviastar-SP'), and three - by the
customer. Altogether there will be 7 flight tests. After that the aircraft
will be painted by CSC 'Spektr' under certificate of 'Polet Airlines', which
operates 3 'Ruslans'. Aircraft MSN 0802 will be the 4th one in the company's
fleet. The company itself is our constant customer.
Another 'Ruslan' MSN 0803 after the flight
tests is at the painting shop. May,12 the painting will be complete. The
aircraft is to have the 3rd, control, test flight which is to be fulfilled by
the customer - transport company 'Volga-Dnepr Airlines'. After that the aircraft
is to have a long operating life.
CSC 'AVIASTAR-SP' PRODUCTION DIVISIONS WORKED WITH OVERFULFILMENT
At the meeting of
Directors of CSC 'Aviastar-SP' structural divisions the results of the work in
April were summed up. The shops of basic production have fulfilled the plan of
output of saleable products. Six out of ten large production structures even
overdid the month task at average 15%. Workers of mechanoframe, metallurgical,
mechanowelding and final assembly shops worked very hard. For the first time
within last years growth of volumes is achieved due to departments, providing
the basic aircraft assembly. The enterprise metallurgists, for example, realized
engineering products in amount of 1,612,000.00 rubles. As reported by Irek
Aminov, Production Director, the rate of assembly and completion of Tu-204
products in April increased greatly: works were being fulfilled on 6 aircraft at
once. Workers on An-124-100 aircraft were also ahead. Another new 'Ruslan' was
transferred to the flight tests in April. Thus, today at the stage of
flight-technical tests there are two heavy transport aircraft, their customers
are 'Volga-Dnepr' and 'Polet' airlines.
In April Tu-204 aircraft operated by
'Krasnoyarsk Airlines' was on guarantee maintenance at CSC 'Aviastar-SP'. On the
operator's comment it showed excellent flight qualities, having worked in the
sky 231 hours and made 53 landings. There was not a work stoppage because of the
manufacturer. More and more attention is given to quality and competitiveness
issues. The evidence to it is almost 100% coefficient of products delivery on
the first presentation.
Organization of regular staff training and
upgrading is very helpful. In April 128 specialists had special training.
As for labour remuneration, average salary
in April increased on190 rubles and was 4751 rubles, main production workers'
wage was 7511 rubles. This is as a result of increasing of labour
productivity and 177% fulfillment of adjusted norms.
CSC 'Aviastar-SP' employees have very
strict plans for May, which are ascribed in strict plans, the realization
results of which will be further growth of production volumes, increasing of
perspective aircraft output rates .
