THE FORTH TU-204-300 AIRLINER IS DELIVERED TO VLADIVOSTOK AIR

       On Sunday, 25 December 2005, at 19:50, a new Ulyanovsk-produced Tu-204-300 airliner, successfully tested under extremely unfavourable weather conditions, rose in the sky and got on course to Vladivostok. Thus, Aviastar-SP aviation factory adhered to its obligation to deliver to Ilyushin Finance leasing company 4 modern comfortable universal Tu-204-300s for Vladivostok Air.
    The first three Tu-204-300s, received by Vladivostok Air since May 2005, are intensively operated with the airline. Total flying time on routes to Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Japan, South Korea and China gains 350 hours at 7h average service endurance.
    High fuel efficiency of Tu-204-300 (15 tons fuel conservation on Moscow route in comparison with the Tu-154M) allows to reduce its payback period.
Next year Ulyanovsk based Aviastar-SP factory is intended to increase aircraft production of Tupolev family. The list of customers has been considerably enlarged.

AVIASTAR-SP STARTED TESTING OF ANOTHER ONE TU 204-300 AIRCRAFT

       On December, 13 in Aviastar-SP flight-test center took place the first test flight of Tu 204-300 aircraft intended for Vladivostok Air airline. The flight was carried out without incidents. On December, 14 the factory crew held the second test flight. On December, 22 Aviastar-SP is to deliver the aircraft to the customer. It will be the forth Ulyanovsk manufactured Tu 204-300 for Vladivostok Air in 2005.
