AVIASTAR-SP HAS BEEN VISITED BY THE STATE DUMA DEPUTIES

    On the 8th of June 2006 Aviastar-SP was visited by the deputies of the Russian Federation State Duma. The purpose of the visit was to look over current state, difficulties and prospects of the factory. The delegation consisted of Alexander Belousov, Experts Team Chairman for space aviation complex problems, Mikhail Vilchek, Executive Secretary thereof, Mikhail Emelyanov, a member of the Constitutional Legislation and Public Construction Committee, Valentin Ivanov, a member of Power Engineering, Transport and Communication Committee, Alexander Korzhakov, Chairman Deputy of Defense Committee, Vyacheslav Shport, Chairman Deputy of Industry, Construction and High-Tech Industries Committee, and other “Edinaya Rossia” group deputies of the State Duma, altogether 16 persons. Igor Shevchuk, President – Tupolev Designer General, came to the factory with deputies.
    Throughout the Final Assembly Shop the guests were accompanied by Sergey Morozov, District Governor, Boris Zotov, Chairman of District Legislative Assembly, Vasily Gvozdev, Chairman of Town Council, and heads of district departments. Viktor Mikhailov, Aviastar-SP Director General, minutely enlightened on Tu-204 & An-124 aircraft family production. Then exchange of views took place. Conclusion and desires of parliamentarians coincided with the district & factory management position: such a great, up-to-date factory should be at full capacity involved into manufacturing upgraded aircraft Russia extremely needs.

GERMAN BUSINESS DELEGATION VISITED AVIASTAR-SP

    Aviastar-SP was called on by Federal Ministry of Economics and Technologies of Germany. The delegation consisted of representatives from 20 German enterprises of different industries. German businessmen visited the Tu-204-and An-124 final assembly productions. According to Valery Sherstyanov, Aviastar-SP Director for Mechanical Engineering Products Marketing and Sales, talks with HESS, ANTEC Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH, Schroff representatives of partnership establishment were marked with intense interest. German guests unanimously demonstrated their opinion on large potentialities for business cooperation with Aviastar.
