Under UAC program in regard to civil aircraft manufacture expansion Aviastar-SP, UAC division, dedicates a part of the components production to outsourcing. It will devote facilities exclusively to aircraft assembly in order to save on pierce production.

The first steps was taken towads oganization of sites involved in hydaulic cylinders and ball-screw mechanisms manufacture by factories which produce similar products in series. The cooperation is under way between the a/c manufacturing companies, UAC members, regarding parts, assembles & components manufacture.

Currently Aviastar-SP expresses willingness to attract long standing partners capable of manufacturing a/c mechanical and assembly parts, and components.

In the event that your company is interested in machining works and desposes of the turning, milling machines with CNC, including multi-axis ones, and can meet standards on the part heat treatment & plating, Aviastar-SP is ready to provide you with the design documentation for consideration of your own capabilities and costs related with product manufacture.

There is our great need in manufacture of standard fastenings and other items (lockers, cramps, springs, fittings etc.) according to the avia industrial substandard (ОСТ).
