	Aviastar-SP has capacities which may be dedicated to manufacture of products of any purpose & sofistication including billets and components under the cooperation with a/c and machine-building companies. By meanse of available equipment Aviastar-SP is able to perform large parts machining, and units, components & assemlies manufacture according to the standard processing chain – from procuring to final procedures and plating. The Aviastar-SP metallurgical production is of great interest for customers since it may render the high qualified works and services of aviation and machine-building scope. List of performed works: 1. Steel (cast iron) investment casting with weight to 10 kg (dimensions up to 200x100x100 mm) – 100 t per year, small-series production. 2. Chill casting of aluminium alloys (3 chill casting machines) with weight to 6,0 kg – 60 t per year. 3. Sand casting of: ? Alluminium alloys with weight to 30 kg (dimensions up to 800x500x200 mm) – 100 t per year, small-series and piece production. ? Cast iron alloys with weight to 20 kg (dimensions up to 400x300x200 mm) – 100 t per year, small-series and piece production. 4. Single casting for special orders (form-blocks, bas-reliefs, busts etc.). 5. Manufacture of special jigs for chill casting and sand casting. 6. Manufacture of press-works out of steel, titanium and aluminium alloys with weight to 5 kg, 1 t, 2 t die hammers. 7. Bolt hot upsetting out of steel alloys: ? Bolt diamensions Ø from 10 mm to 25 mm. ? Bolt head diamensions from 18 mm to 36 mm. ? L to 250 mm. 8. Manufacture of press-works out of steel alloys – rotation solid to 7 kg, ГКМ-630. 9. Manufacture of forgings out of steel, titanium and aluminium alloys with weight to 80 kg and diamensions not less than 400x350x200 mm – open dia forging hammer - 250 kg, 400 kg, 2 t, 3 t. 10. Cementation, nitriding, quenching of steel, alloys and other types of heat treatment. 11. Varied types of protective coatings: anodizing, cadmium-plating, chroming, galvanizing, paint coating of aluminium parts as well as off-the shelf parts and large components.
