One of the foreground tasks of Aviastar-SP management is to draft and develop social programs. The administration of the company and Professional Committee of Workers on the basis of the section of Labour Code of Russia regulating social partnership in the professional sphere made up a collective agreement for 2008-2010. The collective agreement provides social protection of workers and grants guarantees in the field of:

remuneration and rest;
employment, retraining, release conditions;
labour and health safeties;
guarantees and indemnifications;
public catering, trading and transport service;
recreation time.

Every year the workers of the company have an opportunity to rest and improve their health in health center in Ulyanovsk and Ulyanovsk region, Tatar region, Bashkir region, Sochi, Samara, Anapa, Caucasus, Mineral waters.

Great attention is being paid to active children rest in summer that is organized at social insurance companies’ and factory’s expense.

The factory focuses great attention on young workers. A committee on cooperation with young workers was established within trade union. “The Union of Young Workers” was also established. With the help of this union young workers make claims on difficulties with their work and define social problems. Young workers live a full and interesting life. The program “Healthy life” is being implemented among the personnel. Mass sport competitions in football, volleyball, table tennis, chess, track and field athletics, skiing and tourism are extremely popular among the personnel. There is a sport gym, Youth leisure center, tourist club “Luch” at the territory of the factory.
