At present time lean-management program is being implemented that allows to organize the working place more efficient and use the working time more rationally. The set of measures that provide labour worker’s protection was introduced. |

On the whole motivation is developed in three directions:

The payment consists of: · payment on tariff rate (salary), on piece wage-rate; · additional payment for special labour conditions; · stimulating payments according to the results of labour activity per month (up to 40 %); · individual increase and other stimulating payments, under labour legislation, local normative acts (Regulation) and Collective agreement. The company introduced the system of rises and additional payments to a tariff rate (wage) for professional skill level, quality of released products, additional profession mastering, unhealthy labour conditions, shift working, night shift, profession combining and other parameters. The company has developed individual motivation system when making contracts with high-skilled managers for implementation of major projects within the framework of Aviastar-SP's strategy. |
