PAYMENT.

LABOUR CONDITIONS

Aviastar-SP administration introduced the system of safe working places, in-production worker’s labour and health safety according to the existing normative labour safety acts of the Russian Federation and the International standards. Labour and Ecology Protection is the responsibility of the Chief Engineer Department.

At present time lean-management program is being implemented that allows to organize the working place more efficient and use the working time more rationally. The set of measures that provide labour worker’s protection was introduced.

Aviastar-SP secures workers labour rights and conditions that meet safety and hygiene requirements:

obligatory accident insurance;
true account about risks of health damage and measures to be taken to protect from harmful influence of production process;
certification of working places according to labour requirements;
pre-employment and routine medical examination at Aviastar-SP’s expense;
provision with certified individual and collective means of protection according to the requirements of labour safety at Aviastar – SP’s expense;
training in safe methods of work, multilevel control system of safety rules;
labour safety four-staged control system was implemented at the factory;
free provision with milk and preventive nourishment for people who have unhealthy working conditions;
sanitary and preventive services;
system of privileges for people who have unhealthy working conditions (short working day, additional holiday, additional payment);
state control of security measures.

PAYMENT.

Aviastar - SP guarantees to pay wages and indemnities to employees depending on their qualification, complexity, quality and conditions of their activities. Monetary stimulation is provided according to the Regulations of all personnel categories awarding. Today new and more effective stimulation methods are being worked out to accomplish strategic tasks.

On the whole motivation is developed in three directions:

development and introduction of update economic stimuli, specific guarantees;
control of personnel skills and duties;
introduction of new methods and systems for personnel training and raising their skill level.

The payment consists of:

· payment on tariff rate (salary), on piece wage-rate;

· additional payment for special labour conditions;

· stimulating payments according to the results of labour activity per month (up to 40 %);

· individual increase and other stimulating payments, under labour legislation, local normative acts (Regulation) and Collective agreement.

The company introduced the system of rises and additional payments to a tariff rate (wage) for professional skill level, quality of released products, additional profession mastering, unhealthy labour conditions, shift working, night shift, profession combining and other parameters.

The company has developed individual motivation system when making contracts with high-skilled managers for implementation of major projects within the framework of Aviastar-SP's strategy.
