Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Center (AMRC).

One of the mainstreams for successful promotion of aircraft manufactured by CSC " Aviastar - SP " on domestic and foreign aviation markets is qualitative aircraft maintenance in after-sale period. Now there exists a necessity to create a system of after-sale support of a new generation aircraft. Foreign experience shows that it is necessary to perform after-sale support (without major overhaul) on the basis of a serial production. With this purpose Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Center has been created at CSC " Aviastar - SP ".

AMRC BASIC PURPOSES AND TASKS.

• Aircraft guarantee support with participation of Aircraft Developer and vendor items manufacturers;
• Aircraft technical support in post-guarantee period with participation of Aircraft Developer, vendor items manufacturers and maintenance factories;
• Continuous (round-the-clock) material and engineering support of airworthiness of aircraft in operation;
• Delivery of spare parts to the operator by results of the analysis of aircraft reliability;
• Delivery of ground service equipment to the operator;
• Creation of the certificated aviation base in conditions of the operating airline (linear maintenance stations);
• Aircraft modernization and modifying under service bulletins on the basis of the operator’s application;
• Aircraft parts repair;
• Vendor items repair in after-sale period;
• Training of flying and maintenance personnel in the certificated educational institutions;
• Engine modular repair.

PROSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITIES ARE:

• Creation of linear servicing deports LSTO on the operator’s base;
• Modular repair of E-18T and PS-90А engines;
• Reversive devices of engines repair;
• Repair of purchased units (landing gear, brakes, etc.).

CERTIFICATION AND APPROVAL

The activities of CSC " Aviastar -SP " in the frameworks of aircraft after-sale support are supported by the corresponding licenses, certificates and the conclusions given by authorized certification bodies of the Russian Aerocosmic Agency, State Administration of Civil Aviation of the Russian Federation, Aviation Register of Interstate Aviation Committee (detailed information on the certificates can be seen  here.).
